• We kept the same midsole and outsole you loved on the Vapor 2 and improved the locked-feel around the midfoot and heel for better, sharper cuts. The collar is more comfortable than it was on the 2, too.
  
  
• The forefoot is more flexible because we shrunk the forefoot Air Zoom unit. You still get the responsive cushioning at the highest push-off point of your forefoot, but now there’s more flex.
  
  
• The supportive forefoot piece features a deeper flex notch to improve flexibility. And there’s more grip and stick on the forefoot piece as well.
  
  
• A full midfoot fit band allows you to pull the laces tighter to enhance the fit and enable faster cuts.
  
  
• The upper is made of a durable, breathable mesh.
  
  
• The tip of the shoe is made of durable rubber.
